Factory scorecards
How each Verified factory performs on real Elje orders: on time, defects, quote accuracy and response time. Factories are shown by code until introduction.
What is measured
| Measure | How |
|---|---|
| On-time rate | Ship date achieved against the date on the proforma invoice |
| Defect rate | Lines failing the pre-shipment inspection, and defect claims after delivery |
| Quote accuracy | Final invoice against the quote, and items missed from the quote |
| Response time | Business days to a complete quote; the standard is 5 |
| Price | Landed price against the other factories quoting the same line |
Why it matters to you
The scorecard decides which factories are introduced on your job. Cheapest does not win by default. No factory can pay to rank higher.
