The Project Plan
$990. It turns an indicative estimate into numbers you can order on: a vetted shortlist, firm factory quotes, a landed price per line, the timeline to site and the partners booked.
Elje finds the buyer and matches each line to at least three Verified factories, ranked by on-time rate, defects and quote accuracy. Factories cannot pay to rank higher.
What you get
- A vetted factory shortlist for every category in your plans, shown by code until you choose to be introduced.
- Firm quotes from those factories, against your drawings and your selections.
- A landed price per line, to your site: factory price, freight, port, biosecurity, broker, duty, GST and delivery.
- The compliance check for each line: WaterMark and WELS for tapware and sanitary ware, slip ratings for wet-area tiles, and the rest that applies.
- The timeline from order to delivery, set against your builder's program and the Chinese New Year shutdown.
- The inspector, forwarder and customs broker booked, with their fees shown.
- The Elje Assured fee, priced in by default, so the protection is part of the number from the start.

What it is not
- It is not an order. Nothing is bought until you sign the factory's order and pay its deposit.
- It is not a fixed price for freight. Freight and exchange rates move, so the landed price is dated and we refresh it if you wait.
- It is not design work. We price your drawings and selections, and tell you what a factory needs on them. We do not draw kitchens.

Questions
Is the $990 refunded if I do not go ahead?
No. It pays for the quotes, the compliance check and the bookings, and you keep the plan. The $149 sample fee is credited to it.
Can my builder or designer use it?
Yes. The plan can be issued to the builder, and trade accounts get the Project Plan free on their first job.
Can I take the plan and order without Elje?
The factory names are released when you are introduced, and the factory pays Elje its commission on that order under its agreement with us. You can decline Assured, but you then arrange inspection and payment protection yourself.
