What it costs landed

Factory-gate figures are real quotes from a five-bedroom Brisbane house and granny flat we fitted out.

Elje estimate, October 2026. Not yet from a delivered job; replaced with real landed numbers as jobs land.

Landed means AUD inc GST at your door: factory price, freight, marine insurance, duty, port and DAFF charges, brokerage, inspection and cartage. Freight moves weekly, so every estimate is re-priced on the day.

ItemFactory gateLanded estimate
Wall-hung board vanity, no top$499 to $751 (real quotes)$650 to $1,100
Marble top with integrated basin$1,125 (real quote)$1,450 to $1,700

How it ships

Built with the kitchen and robes in the same board, so the house matches. Small units ship assembled; long ones flat-packed.

What to check before you order

  • E0 or E1, moisture-resistant carcass with sealed edges
  • No engineered stone tops
  • WaterMark and WELS on the basin, waste and tap
  • Drawers cut around the waste, checked at inspection

Questions

Can I order just vanities?

Yes, in a shared container. They make most sense with the rest of the joinery.
