Reviews
Reviews on Elje will come only from buyers whose job was delivered, and every one will be published, good or bad. There are none yet, because no job has been delivered.
How reviews will work
- Only a buyer with a delivered order can leave a review, and it is linked to that job.
- Buyers are asked once, after the install is signed off, and again after twelve months.
- Every genuine review is published. We do not remove or edit negative ones.
- We reply in public where we got something wrong, and say what we changed.
- No discount, gift or credit is ever tied to a review.
What a review will show
- The rating, the buyer's words and the date.
- The rooms, the city, and a link to the job story where the buyer agreed to one.
- Separate scores for the factory, the partners and Elje.
When we would take one down
Only if it is not from a real buyer, or it breaks the law, for example by naming a private person. We say on the page when and why a review was removed.
