Elje Direct

Who it is for

• A builder or designer who already buys from a factory and wants the inspection, held balance and freight handled properly.
• A factory with its own Australian clients who wants them on the same rails as Elje jobs.

How it works

• You register the client with Elje before the order, as a Direct client.
• No 5% introduction fee is charged on that client's orders, now or later.
• The client can take Elje Assured at 2% of the order (minimum $600): inspection, the balance held by a licensed escrow partner until it passes, defect resolution and the certifier pack.
• Our forwarder, broker, inspector and installers are available at the same rates as any Elje job.
• The order and its outcome go into the scorecard, which helps a factory rank on future Elje jobs.

Why we charge nothing on it

The same model as Faire Direct, where brands pay no commission on retailers they bring themselves. We earn on Assured and Pro, and every order on our rails makes the price and defect data better for everyone. A factory has no reason to hide its own clients from us, and you get a safer order.

When it starts

Elje Direct launches with Elje Pro in late 2027.
